Is there anything more heart-wrenching than a hurting friend? Having a tough time of it, having the worst day, feeling under the weather, feelings of loss and grief, or receiving bad news happens to everyone at some point and it’s during that time that we need a friend’s comfort, encouraging words and warm embrace. My first response is to turn to the power of prayer. Often times, a thoughtful gift, a hand-written note or kind gesture also helps to provide comfort. Have you heard the saying “there’s an oil for that?” Make up a little essential oil love to assist with re-establishing a positive energy flow throughout the body, helping relax and calm one’s thoughts.
I put together this homemade hug essential oil blend with intentions of love, encouragement and support for when words alone aren’t soothing enough to comfort a broken heart.
