MINI transformations

Samantha from I Heart Mini caught my attention and curiosity with this note:

“I’m constantly making over my 864 sf 1950’s rancher, and any old piece of furniture I can cram in it!”

Intrigued, I checked out her projects.  I’m so glad I did!  Check out her kitchen remodel!  What a beautiful makeover and creative use of small space. This doesn’t exactly look like a mini-makeover other than the kitchen space is small but Samantha made great use of the space that she does have.  I love it!

Isn’t it awesome?  I have to admit that I did a double take.  The before looks like some of the closets in our house!
Gwen and her husband transformed it in just one weekend with some built-ins and paint.

Some people have all the luck.

My kitchen remodel is taking forever.  In the meantime, look at this kitchen before and after!

Then, just as my seasonal affective disorder is about to get the best of me (so much snow and cold, short days and did I mention cold?), I see a hint of spring!

Speaking of “Cat”…we’re getting one!  🙂  I miss Niski so much.  I work from home and days are just too quiet and lonely.  I’m used to having company.  Russ has an office cat so he’s a little more confident but I appreciate any feline parent advice.
