DIYShowOff weekly recap: Here’s a look at this past week in case you missed something!

Michaels Dream Tree Challenge…I had so much fun decorating a Christmas tree early this year. Bonus? It was chosen as a favorite by Country Living magazine too? What?! Hurray!

Getting holiday guest ready with a free-standing, moveable industrial style DIY coat rack. Display it near the entryway and guests’ coats won’t be tossed on the guest room bed. Storing it in the laundry room when not entertaining gives it a double function!

I hosted a fun Young Living essential oils holiday open house on Friday. So not only do I love sharing the unbelievable life changing benefits and my story but I’ll be sharing how to make some sweet oily holiday gifts soon. Join me and my amazing team by experiencing essential oils for yourself! I can’t tell you what a blessing they’ve been in our home…unless we chat. Let’s connect!

Edit: I apologize for the delay. This party post got lost during transferring hosting services and we’re also mourning the loss of my beloved, amazing, super sweet mother-in-law. The week will likely be slow and I may not respond to emails/comments in a timely manner but know that your visits, your links, your comments, your support, your friendship…are such a blessing to both of us. Always.

Party time: Let’s see what you’ve been up to!

Have you heard about the new social media site, TSU.co (pronounced ‘sue’)? It’s a new user friendly, user-owned social media site and from what I understand, there’s also the potential to get paid to use it. I haven’t studied the details yet but grabbed my name and played around a little. You can find DIYShowOff here:

DIYShowOff weekly recap: There’s been so much going on in the DIYShowOff home. I know it’s not even Halloween but blog schedules mean Christmas posts early. Yes, I will be decorating a tree this month! This week, in fact! Crazy! My mom and her husband have also purchased a fixer upper of a house and I’ll begin sharing the transformation, before and after photos. Exciting! I also have TWO nursery reveals coming up. One guest room/nursery at grandma’s house (that’ll be me!) and one small apartment nursery nook. Oh, and I’d like to share some of the baby shower details. Stay tuned for all of the updates by subscribing to the newsletter to get reminders to stop by (see it on the right side of my blog?). Did I mention that I’m counting down the days to meet a brand new grandson? xoxo
