Showing Off: Bed Slats to DIY Shutters at Vintage News Junkie

Meet: Candace from

Vintage News Junkie blog

I had the pleasure to meet her in person at the Haven Conference. Candace is a former news girl who dabbles in antiques, crafts, paint, and DIY projects. She blogs about life, home, and her love for recycling more than old newspapers.

Project Description: She repurposed Ikea bed slats ( that she scored for FREE) and created kitchen shutters from them! So cool!
