How fun would it be for us to go shopping together?! 

Good morning, DIY friends! I know I said I’d be scarce this week, and I will be. But Have I told you lately how happy your support, encouragement and friendship means to me? When I started blogging six years ago, I had no idea that I’d make so many awesome friends, friends who share my passion for all things DIY and home. Your visits and comments and us sharing DIY and decorating is a HUGE party of my every day life. Thank you!

Lamps Plus is recognizing and rewarding the best Home blogs and I’ve been nominated! (hurray!) for the Lamps Plus 2013 Best Home Blog Awards in the DIY category.

Starting Monday, October 14 through November 15, you can vote at Lamps Plus Facebook page. There are four different categories for your favorite home blog. Individuals will be able vote for their favorite blogs once every 24 hours. 

That’s where I can use your help! 

The highest vote-getter in each of the four categories will receive a $1,000 shopping spree from Lamps Plus. In addition, one lucky voter will receive a $500 shopping spree too.  So YOU can join in on the voting.
