Her sewing room is a romantic, vintage dream. Prepare to fall in love.
A couple of weeks’ work was sacrificed but tell me this result wasn’t worth it? {I hear your ooohhh’s and aaahhh’s!}
Staring at this room all day alone is inspiration to be creative. Angelina wanted to keep things simple…since they will soon be selling the house (what a selling point!).
But..at the same time she didn’t want to take to many shortcuts and wanted to be able to enjoy her new work space. Mission accomplished!
She has the sweetest romantic DIY details. This slip-covered chair is adorable…
The cutting table is hinged on the wall and folds down with the legs underneath it. I’d want to work 16 hour days, 7 days a week.
See more pictures and details at Sewing Room Reveal. Including painted concrete floors and so much vintage eye candy…
I imagine browsing in a quaint boutique shop, drooling over the displays.
Tutorial on vinyl top table cover coming soon at Ruby Jean. Pretty protection for crafting and creativity without worries.
Vintage accents are made useful for craft supplies.
Nothing is without a home…
This cabinet holds some extra fabric along with some paints, stamps, glitter, pin cushions and several other do-dads…
When Angelina first set out to design a sewing room, she was envisioning a vintage dress shop. I do believe she was successful. I can’t stop looking. {pardon my obvious staring}
So many vintage treasures…
Beautiful colors soften and glow as night comes…
Angelina still has so much to share on some of the other finer details…which she will share in separate future posts, so you’ll want to stop over to follow along at RubyJean. Wear a bib. 😉
And if you love to sew (I do and I’m inspired to sew something), then link up your creations at RubyJean’s

Thank you so much for the Beautiful Feature. And thank you to those above for leaving such Sweet comments. 🙂
Absolutely dreamy! I love the floors, cabinet, colors– everything. (I think that room alone would sell her house.)

Beautiful. I wish I had that sort of space in my house, with which I could create such workable beauty. I admire the space not only for its look, but for its practicality as well.
You mentioned that she was going to sell her house. I want to buy it and everything in the room as well. It is beautiful
I know Amber! Me too! That room is gorgeous! 🙂
Love Love Love this room! Can you share the instruction for the hinged cutting table?
Thanks D:-)
