I’m back! I hope you all had a fantastic week last week. The Show & Tell was huge – I’m still going through the links and hope to highlight a few later this week. Thanks for participating! Thanks for the thoughts and prayers too! I’m hanging in there. 🙂
Kristal just completed the cutest nursery. The color is so soothing and the accents are just so precious. Here is her post but you can get more details at her blog, Good Food Good Friends Good Life…
The handmade mobile:
Refurbished dresser with Anthropologie knobs:
One of two coordinating lamps in the nursery – I covered the lamp shades with fabric to match the rest of the room:
Wallflutters:
Pillow I made:
Almost every single book in the nursery is from my childhood. There are a few new ones, but most were mine and my brother’s when we were growing up:
The adorable owl was made by my friend Alyssa’s mom:
All the art on the shelves was printed for free from here:
See the cute little squirrel? He’s actually an ornament that I got at the STLWed Ornament Exchange. He’s so perfect for the nursery!
I made the crib skirt to coordinate with the rest of the fabric:
I actually bought different art work to go above the crib, but later decided that I wanted to pull the fabric in in a few more places, so I framed a few pieces:
I randomly came across these pillow covers at Target and couldn’t believe how well they fit with the nursery. For $4.00 each (yes, $4.00!) I couldn’t resist!
The diaper bag, which is currently doubling as a hospital bag, packed and ready to go:
The center of the closet, with organizing baskets for all of Bug’s supplies:
And that’s it! Now for a breakdown of where everything is from.

Rocker: Target (but it’s no longer available)
Dresser: Craigslist
Small table: Walmart

Hi Roeshel-thanks for the visit! Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I think I finally got the nap situation worked out at my house and I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. This nursery is adorable! Is there a tut on the mobile? Especially interested in the pattern for those birdies!
