It all started with me making a silk corsage every year for my special needs cousin’s end-of-school-year dinner & dance. This year she’s wearing purple…
I love that she has a special lasting memento with a silk corsage every year. I also take her pictures every year and I spritz her corsage with a perfume or body spray – she loves that.
This year I also made the corsage for my nephew’s prom date…
Materials: Silk flowers, ribbon, gems, wrist corsage thingies (an elastic pearl one or velcro type – found at Michaels or Joann Fabrics). Hot glue. Green florist tape. I use wire cutters if needed.
