DIY Project Parade {Linky Party} & DIY Highlights

The DIY Project Parade is a linky party for bloggers to show off their hard work and DIY and a place to share do-it-yourself creativity and inspiration. As always, I appreciate when you share and ‘show off’ your DIY projects in the weekly party. You all are so creative, so talented and such an inspiration. I love seeing what you’ve been up to. It’s motivation to get something done myself. Thank you for sharing here.

Here are some favorite highlights from last week that you may have missed:

Kristin at My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia shared her beautiful DIY bath shelf. It’s gorgeous. I want it. First I need a beautiful bathroom.

Josie Jones always has some inspiring ideas and my latest favorite is this wire basket attached to pallet wood. I think I’ve just inspired to alter a project we’ll be doing in the apartment. Love this!

I love this fun drum light fixture too! The Blissful Bee – handing drum shade light fixture tutorial. It’s something I have plans on doing somewhere and the ‘how-to’ is super helpful!

Shelby designed a sweet travel themed nursery at Honeysuckle blog, filled with so many beautiful vintage treasures and lots of DIY…

I’m loving the no sew burlap coffee bag valances by DebbieDoo’s – so clever, so pretty! What’s not to love? No sew. Burlap. Coffee. Cute!

DIY Project Parade

The DIY Project Parade is a linky party for bloggers to show off their hard work and DIY and a place to share do-it-yourself creativity and inspiration.

I apologize for being a day late this week due to some technical difficulties. I was locked out of my dashboard the past couple of days. I was getting a ‘fatal’ error message and thought for sure I killed DIY Show Off, but my blog doctor rescued me and assured me all is well!

In the meantime, I’m heading out the door to work on the apartment and will follow up soon with highlights from last week in another post. DIY status on the apartment: Floors are sanded, walls, cupboards and appliances are scrubbed. Today I’ll be working on some patching and caulking in preparation for paint! Wish you were here. I sure could use some company! 😉
