< div class="blogger-post-footer">Coming soon – in order to fix the feed, the DIY Show Off will soon have a new look. Unsuccessful attempts have pushed me to switch to my own domain. Thanks for your patience and sticking with it while I work out the bugs. :)
I love the striped walls!
Blessings,
Cindy
What a beautiful space! It is so pretty with the red accents! Of course, I love red! Great job on the room, Ashley and thanks, Roeshel, for sharing her great ideas. Have a wonderful day!
What a fun office ! Love the stripes.
Love the color scheme! Course I am a sucker for red anyways. She did a great job.
design on a dime couldnt have done better! love it!
This office is SPECTACULAR!
Great color combination. You have inspired me to begin to think about starting some DIY projects. Now I just need to make a plan and jump in:-)
Love, love, love! Great color scheme with the pops of red! I *heart* all the little accessories to make it fun! I have very similar desks in my office and I love that they are so open and make the room appear larger.
What a fabulous looking office. I think it was a job well done even if she did go over budget a little.
I want to know where you shop? Unless you already had 90% of the furnishings how could you do that on $250? Was the floor already there? I am curious…
I love this!! It makes me want to go home and get busy redecorating!! Great Job!!
That looks great! Clearly I need an accent color in my house.
Dee – The $250 I spent was for my office update, not the entire office. You can see in the second before photo, some of the items I had.
Here is what I actually bought with the $250:
Office Price Tally
– Paint – $32.29 total (during Home Depot’s $15 per gallon Glidden sale)
– Hardware for drawer – $16.17 from Home Depot
– Red vase – $13.98 from HomeGoods
– Big frame and 2 mattes – $25.47 (40% off) from Michaels
– Bungee office chair – $125 from Craigslist
– 2 white photo boxes – $5.49 (40% off) from Michaels
– Red frame pin – $5.38 (on sale) from Target
– Red bud vase – $2.14 from Target
As for the floors, there was hardwoods underneath the carpet.
I hope that clears up any confusion.
Definitely a great change! I love seeing these makeovers, so inspiring! Love the pops of red.
HAPPY EASTER!!
