This past week I had to muster up some courage for public speaking at a local cancer support group. Ironically, it was my essential oils (a blend I call liquid calm) that helped me step outside of my comfort zone when as an introvert, I prefer sitting in the back and being the one to listen to those around me. Are you finally ready to learn more about essential oils? Believe me. I rolled my eyes and said “No. They’re not for me.” But best.decision.ever. We’re taking baby steps to become more educated and more aware. We’re working on creating a chemical free lifestyle and feeling better than ever. I want the same for those I care about.
